Analysts at Sora Capital follow a deep-value investing philosophy, as we believe that investing in a concentrated portfolio of our finest investments theses will provide us with the best chance to consistently outperform. We seek to find misunderstood companies with enduring competitive advantages. Consequently, only a small number of high-conviction ideas will be progressively implemented into Sky I, our primary equities investing portfolio.

Legal
Being a newly founded non-profit organization, Sora Capital is dependent on donors who support the project, and our main goal is to employ that funding to support the demand for learning.

Investing real capital conveys navigating a complex legal framework because it calls for official accreditation from the Spanish National Securities Commission (CNMV). Therefore, before pursuing our first fundraising route and requesting legal counsel, we seek to create a credible and solid track record of investing performance. In the interim, Sora Capital A.C. management will only use real money to pay for conferences, events, and workshops and will undertake portfolio investments through simulated trading.
